The Monterey County Women Lawyers are
      Committed to:

  • Furthering the honor, integrity, dignity, and public service of the legal
    profession and judiciary.
  • Furthering the welfare of women in the legal profession and the
    judiciary.
  • Stimulating interest in and encouraging discussions regarding legal
    issues of concern to women.
  • Studying and implementing lawful means to further the welfare of
    women in the community and eliminating discrimination based on sex.
  • Promoting a spirit of mutual support, cooperation and service and  
    fostering social contacts among the members of the Association.
  • Providing an organization for collective action and expression in
    matters related to the above purposes.
